TN would be my choice for relocation. No income tax and it appears to be the nation's trucking hub.

Having said that, if you are that deep in the hole sell everything and live in the truck until you get your head above water. I reduced all my belongings to a couple of suitcases and in 15 months I had enough saved up to put 20% down on a house for my folks. OTR trucking is the ultimate get-out-of-jail, 2nd chance at life.

 

It can be if you do it right. I myself am planning a five month backpacking trip in 2018! Only possible because I'm single and I live in the truck exclusively.
