I'm a member on the site you found that listing, and have read the owners detailed posts of "creating" that truck. An experienced owner operator definitely, the sleeper is insulated against both heat and noise, has built in storage too. I believe the good part about this setup is it's under 10K gvwr which means no logging.

The one problem is some of the big expedite companies don't allow box trucks
Being they are an odd size and hard to sell even though they have plenty of space I think its more of a how much weight can they carry

True , for this truck to have a gvwr of 10,000 lbs. and be larger than a cargo van and have the addition of the weight of the bunk and insulation it's carrying capacity has to be considerably less than a cargo van and possibly below the required capacity of some carriers .
There was one expedite company cube vans were popular with - All Types expediting . Stay clear of them . There were so many complaints about them expedite forums removed them as sponsors . They created their own forum site to list themselves as a "featured carrier " . I've known about them for 4 years and have never once seen an All Types truck on the road .

Wow , you must be getting the miles in a CV to be thinking about running team ! But why share the pay with another driver when you don't have to log ?

Some people run team in a van so that when they are unloaded, they could switch off drivers and pickup again and go, where as a solo would generally put in a few hrs rest. The carrying capacity is slightly lower, and I believe the other main reason these really haven't caught on is that they're not dock high, saw quite a few gripes regarding that one.

    Baack Thanks this.
