Flatbed rates always go down around November. I am averaging about 2.10 a mile the past few months. From March through September, I was averaging about 3.00 per mile.

 

Brand new 1300 a week including all insurances and add ons And have the privilege of pulling freight at 1.20-1.50 a mile average and constantly being told what to do. No thanks.

 

If wanting a Schneider truck get one of the glider centuries from 2012 12.7 series 60, with Clark power rebuilt engines. Most have 400 to 500k miles. But the price seems high. $38 to $47k. Most have disk brake drives, I think.
