I had a lot of sitting last week,.two 34hr resets in 1 week..thats why I was in the hole. I didnt have a load on my truck from Friday morning untl Monday afternoon. Then I sat 1.5 days at a reciever because Prime didnt set up a appointment for my drop.
You will sit a lot sometimes and other times you will be pulling out of your parking spot 9hrs and 59 mins into your reset.
Also, yes you can buy, but you have to have a down payment of $14k and change, but tbe bigger the down payment the better.
Company guys.. lightweights and fuel mpg bonus

@crocky,
Being a new start up going straight to lease almost right out of the gate.....
What would be YOUR suggestion to the many new ones coming in, as far as leasing right off the bat? Considering most have absolutely no business experience at all.....let alone no knowledge of just "some" of the issues you are now running into?
You are quite possibly the exception to the rule, but do not want to see the exceeding amounts of failures we see every day continue.
See yet another post up that I would like to address, but I just don't have the time. Another guy that just jumped in with no plans at all, just winging it. Will undoubtedly fail.
Just curious of your thoughts, being new. I know what most of us older to the game think, but......interested nonetheless. -
That's when I felt the most free, running everything from 1,000 to 3,600mi. The
Longer the better.
Back to Solo, and feeling so confined now.
Perspective........
Do have to go with revenue to miles, though. If you are toting the bills on your end as an O/O or lease, there is no questioning that at all.
Unless you are retired, the money isn't required requisite....... and you have the freedom to do what you desire.
Higher revenue over the least miles should always be the goal for any O/O or lease. Anything other would be sheer ignorance.Last edited: Dec 9, 2017
