Getting safety points for people "calling in on you"

16 months? #### you have a lot of open doors assuming your mvr is clean

 

The games people (& corporations) play....

Maybe they doing psychological moves on you, so you think your record is bad...which will make you think that it's gonna be harder for you to score another gig elsewhere...and in return, you stay put with them.

That is one reason I do not drive for companies with large phone numbers on the trailers.

I don't even want to know what this "Tryna" is really. I assume you are saying "Trying TO..." as in move to a better employer.

Anything is better than Swift. The rest of it is less than subtle messing with your mind. You should have challenged the suit by asking where did that complaint on that date and time come in from? Then have your logs out to prove you were in or were not (Or even better video.... with lat, long and date time stamp etc)

You got what? 16 months? That's plenty. Start looking for a better company. Just keep in mind the wild old days of being a cowboy are long over.

One final thing. You better take a few minutes and actually CARE when someone is giving you a problem that may or may not result in your firing.

 

Since you can't even spell the words 'trying to', then you deserve to retire from Swift.

Yeah, but you've been around for a minute and we all know you ate a lot of paint chips when you were a kid...lol.

 

Before my company was sold. I had a chance to talk with the owner of my company for an afternoon. He told me about some of the ridiculous complaints that people called in about me over the years. Never mentioned them before. They were pretty bad.

When I worked a Taxi. The owner said that people would call in for an excuse to use their cell phones. rotflmao! Could't have a headlight burned out for five minutes.... People would jam up the phone line. ....not kidding...

 

I've had people call in on me. I always tell safety, "Didn't happen, whoever called in is lying." Then when safety keeps on, I simply repeat, "Didn't happen, whoever called in is lying." Keep it short and simple. Can't argue with someone that won't argue back.
