Dude… You must be doing something wrong. I had a week in which I only carried one load, and I still netted $600. Are you buying fuel in network? Are you aware that fuel purchases are allocated to the trip number you enter at the pump, so timing of fuel purchases affects your settlement? What is your fuel mileage looking like? Have you spoken with your fleet manager and/or payroll to ask if they could pay out a trip on the prior week if it emptied early on a Wednesday morning? You know they have the revenue guarantee, right? You should never be getting paid less than $1.02 per mile. Every single one of my loads has been far above that. Every week when I have been out all week, I have netted over $1500. I don't care what anybody says… I have infinitely more experienced leasing at Prime than anybody who has never done it, so don't listen to them. Prime wants you to make money. If you're not, speak up and ask for help from other drivers and your fleet manager. Have you taken the Ace 2 class? I haven't yet, but I know they can help you figure things out.

Yeah, bro, you are definitely doing something wrong. I don't know what it is, but I can guarantee you your attitude is a huge part of it. And violating HOS by so much is NEVER necessary. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but if you want to get better and start making money you are going to have to figure out what you can do to take control of the situation and you are going to need help from other people to do that. I wish you the best.

You say you deliver 1load and net 600 in, i delivered 3 and am in minus 300, what i do wrong? Driving, not taking home time, driving, violationg my HOS to get more money and still cant make money, the only problem is i need to refuse loads, but others told me if i start refuse loads i get blacklisted, those loads they give me they are scam and crap, they either eat my hours with #### pay, or good pay but i have not enough hours to deliver it fast, so Prime is just playing me the way they want, #### this company, i would like to see what your attitude will be when you working and nkt getting any check.

I can't help you much with what is going on with lease but you may want to reconsider violating hos. Especially planning to go over that much. What do you think is going to happen if you get pulled in for an inspection and they see that? What if you get in a wreck and get pulled into court? You will get eaten alive.

If you wish to consider driving you are putting your cdl at serious risk with these actions.

My personal recommendation is to swap to company. The only way you will have a 0 paycheck is if you took a week off. Spend some time working out the other issues before considering leasing again.

You will not last a year violating HOS will ruin your CSA and your ability to be hired by anyone. Stop being a fool. YOU BETTER SIT FOR A WEEK BEFORE THE DOT GIVES YOU A GOLDEN TICKET. IF YOU GET IN AN ACCIDENT YOU WILL GO TO PRISON. THINK ABOUT IT.

I am not a fool, guys i understand what you mean, i will not be politically correct. Takng a week off?
You want see my statement? I never take a single day off, What issues you want me to work on? Lease is for kids is simple as 1,2,3 this trucking is not a rocket science, i want agressively refuse loads, and i will, i dont care about prime anymore, they really brought me down, i trusted what they said, but is all a brain wash. No more listening to them, will refuse up to 50 loads per day.I can not swap company i have 5 more months to complete otherwise those greedy ######## will charge me 5k for a training school.

Dude you need a week off. DOT can go and look back 8 days on your log. You can not rewrite it like paper. If you get a HOS violation you get shut down where ever you are. You can not move. Unless walking or maybe personal conveyance but not sure. It will go on your csa record. No one will hire you. Is this sinking in. Has nobody taught you to protect your license that you use for income? Get a grip on things. Or ask questions.
