Up in Minnesota the covered wagons? A buddy of mine is in talks with them now going to be a company driver. Sounds like an excellent company. You’re right they told him employee owned, and after 10 years you get 80k in stock of the company. Average length of haul was like 1,100 Miles. Out 7-10 days I think they quoted him at 49 cpm. It’s might have been 47 I forget. Lots of dedicated freight from the sound of it. They said they only hire when they add trucks because no one quits and they’re looking to add this this winter. Don’t know how true that is. Hope this helps a little! Let us know what you find out.

 

I've talked to several drivers that works for them. Can't run them off with a stick.

 

They are elog only. Have a buddy was leased to them for years, he loves them.

 

Yes still companies out there like that. If a company has a help wanted shingle hanging on every trailer you know they are not worth a crap as employer.
