When I left, all those trucks were in excess of 2 million km, probably 3 by now, they still are great machines and are proving to be indestructible.

I had a chance to take a peek inside a 389 glider a while back while assisting the driver in loading a machine that caught fire. I really don't see the appeal in the dash or all the plastic. Looked too automotivey for my taste. I really liked the early to mid 2000's dash in the KW T-800's. The faux wood grain and actual toggle switches is timeless.

Even the 1998 FL Classic I took my driver training on had a pretty cool dash. Although I prefered the '99 Volvo since the shift tower and isolator on the FL was so worn out I kept busting my knuckles into the dash when I hit the 3rd/7th gear position.
