    They lie, they are miss managed. They won't get you miles. They will have a truck break down at Christmas and hold you up somewhere for 33 hrs and you'll get a whopping $80. I understand that a break down isn't their fault. But yes it is. They were suppose to get 200 new trucks but the company wouldn't do it. That's a management issue that cost drivers money. A load that couldn't be delivered on Friday had to be delivered tonight because the driver was told the company was closed over the weekend. Well guess what that was a lie. The DM said she was going to work something out on Friday but wasn't at work to do so on Tuesday. She never planned to do anything. This is how they treat a driver they all say is one of their best and a pleasure to work with. I could tell much more but don't have the time right now. I'll get questions and people saying otherwise I'm sure.

    Welcome to trucking.

    @Lonesome
    Care to weigh in on this one, it's rife with possibility, I'm just to tired to really give it the attention it deserves.

    intrepidor and Lonesome Thank this.

    Where might said company be located, to give the uninformed masses just a bit more information?

    Out of North Dakoda. Oh, and when hired in they will tell you that they pay from .41 - .43 per mile when after you have been there a year you'll find out that they top off at .41. And that's what your making so there will never be a raise!

    I realize these things are the norm in trucking. I just was under the impression that this company really cared about their drivers and all the other lies that they tried to feed us. I would rather a company not state that then have this be their big Moto. When only to than find out that lots if things have been bold face lies. Yes, we're still newbie's with lots more to learn but this may help others to see it for what it is. Just like everyone else.

    Well there's your problem...
    And i'm not criticizing you really, but no company anywhere cares about their employees. Well, they might a little, but only as far as said employee is making the company money. If that changes for any reason they will drop you faster than you can blink.. Don't get me wrong, I do my job and do it well. I just have no illusions that the relationship between any company I work for and me is essentially a mercenary one. I work, I get paid and I don't expect more.
    It's when the not getting paid comes in that something has to change. Like breakdowns, detention, etc... I'm not home, therefore I'm working. I expect top get paid to work.....
