Fun times. My truck is broke down. I am supposed to be learning outbound but at this rate, the guy training me will have the dock shut down before I get back.

So maybe this is not the right place to ask for help... but literally 66% of our workforce walked out on us.

We are left with 3 drivers to fill a workflow that needs at least 10 people. The person in charge asked us to clock out on our 14, and work the dock and do outbound till everything is done then clock back in on our 10 from when we clock out. He calls it "giving back to the company".

i am fudging done with this sh#t. I work out of Montana. Should I address this with the MTDOT and then the labor department? Corporate doesnt care as long as we make things work

"Giving back to the company?" I suggest you "give them back" what they've been giving you all this time.

Document all this crap. Go see the DOT, Labor Department, lawyer, and want ads. My outfit would have heads on a platter if any TM tried pulling this nonsense.
