Yhea it sucks for sure. Traffic threw town is X4 since we moved here. Lots of folks move here from in state and out of state. The one building the chapel is local relator who's wife left office to do weddings now. They are old family here and it's their land. But those of us right below this hill less than 1000 feet will not sleep well. I am not putting livestock threw that noise factor either.
So we move but it's all good as I said we have multiple reasons this is just one.

Well, hubby working threw new year. His first pick up was a no go for dock was closed till the second. This load was to get him from KY back to MI. So was a broker load and it seems by a lasy broker as they never called hubby back after they said they were going to confirm. LOL what needed confirming hubby was there talking to security guard.
Anyway, he is now on a load to TX and with guess who CHROBISION. But it's all good as he is moving and will probably reset down there. At least he is out of the weather up North.
Looks like we will have a full moon over New Year's. So everyone be safe. Happy New Year.UturnGirl and SingingWolf Thank this. -
Now I didn't catch fully. Does the .15 cpm come out of your .90 or do you get your full .90 plus .15 to maintenance?
Cybercat Thanks this. -

You can do it I did it in 44 months
On a lease with America central transportation. And I tryed to be a company driver can’t be a company. So I’m doing another lease purchase with Schneider why I can get a new truck with a full warranty. 500,000 miles 5 yr
With pet and rider policy . 65 %
Of the load you pick your load in control of your pay not a Dispatch
Work smart short runs sometimes pay better than long runs stay in the shipping lanes if your not doing percent make sure your getting at least a $1.5 or more on all miles remember your responsibility is for everything tires fuel break downs scales tolls
Stay away from land• You’ll go broke before you get started
Do a walk away lease if you can’t do it then it won’t hurt your credit
But a lot of companies don’t report if you don’t mind a camera 2 way try act good company
Schneider is a good company for lease purchase. Fact it’s not for everyone period . I’m doing it again because I make better money but remember a lease operator is an over paid company driver paying for the truck they own. Set .15 cents back on every mile for your taxes . Set .10 cents back on every mile for maintenance. And balloon payment. Set .5 cents back for misc. live on the rest or live on your cash advance. My engine blew up cost to repair was $37,900 dollars I didn’t have it
I sold the truck for $12,000
My balloon cost broke even.
Have a good ride -
You are right that lease op or even owner op running under company authority is sort of a hybrid company driver but I'm happier that way than 100% company.truckerman75103 and Wickedfire77 Thank this. -

So far this week hubby has run into two over picky companies about the trailer floor. We're talking small minor cracks in wood that you can't see threw. Stuff was on skids too.
Anyway, hubby now loosing up to a gal in oil from engine during ideling. Probably a gasket as he says these engines are known for that issue. But here's the issue trying to get it fixed by company shop will be very hard in short time. Why 3 trucks in for major engine work. One guy down south been waiting since mid December for his truck to be finished. He is a lease option too. They only have One engine repair mechanic and he has to fix 3 engine overhauls by himself? Wow no wonder there taking so long on it. I don't think hubby will see his done unless it's on the road again. I hope engine does not seize up and then have to be totally replaced. That would cost so much more than just doing it now.
Hubby is upset because he is all about preventive maintenance and doing a correct fix right away. Instead of letting it go till it blows and takes more with it. Not Jerry rigged to make it last a bit longer. Either way he will be down as the spare truck is now gone.
This is a very sucky start to New Year. Hope things turn around fast.SingingWolf Thanks this.
