First, quit referring to what happened as accidents. Refer to them as "incidents" then let the company decide what they want to call them. Quit calling your company every time you bump something; the drivers that do this really don't want to work, so they sabatoge any chance at keeping a job. Can't hide what's already happened because it will probably show up on DAC eventually.
You're hirable at a few places. Do online applications before any phone calls. Submit online applications, then call and say ,"I'm checking on my job application."

The biggest thing to remember is do not move if your not sure of the signal. Always get those straight with the ground guide before starting.
Don't let any one rush you. It takes as long as it takes they will get over it -
Take your time and get out and look!!!

Stop reporting yourself because you scratched something. Everyone has done something, but very few pick up the phone and rat on themselves.

And don’t be too honest with your company. Did anyone SEE you hit that trailer? Get the hell out of there and if you never hear anything about it, I guess nobody saw it. Don’t wait around to find out.
Likewise, don’t be that guy who demands a reckoning if someone scratches your trailer(not your tractor... be an ####### about that!) at the truck stop. If there is no more damage than a scratch and it is a company trailer(not your company) then let it go.TACTSON Thanks this. -
