Hello guys. Im brand new here. I looking to buy a 2005-2007 volvo vnl pre emissions. I wanted to know which would be my best choice. Cummins or volvo d12 ?

Those are egr engines. Pre emissions is before 2004 for most engines. But both your choices can be fixed. D12 is a reliable engine but mostly Europeans like them. And Cummins cm871 can be a good engine if tuned properly.

I'm sorry I meant pre DPF DEF. also , is the D13 any good or is it better than D12?
