A new pump will do it.
You could try patching but eh. That's not fixing the leak, just covering it up. You might regret such patching 100 miles from somewhere when it does fail again. -

No such thing as a mechanic in a can.
The weep hole is there to alert you to the problem before your crack the head or burn up the motor. -
$800 to pay someone to put it on and buy it?
