@freightwipper is correct. I have my own MC it's 7 months old. I am killing it. BUT my current insurance will not allow to add a truck for the first 2 years. INSURANCE controls the Trucking world. NEVER forget that. I pay 1706.00 a month. 2016 Equipment Zero incidents etc. Per Truck

Have you contacted OOIDA? They are pushing for a lot of insurance changes, and have Trump's ear. Heck, if I were you, I'd shoot a message to the Prez too! He actually reads A LOT of "regular" American's emails! Refreshing, ain't it?!?!Jarhed1964, Midwest Trucker, Nava-jo x press and 3 others Thank this. -

First hr free
Hour 2. $100
Hour 3. $200
Hour 4. $375
Hour 5. $550
At hour 6 will have 2 reschedule when convienent. I’d load is able 2 be stored then they are responsible 4 all cost incurred in unloading, storing, loading; plus mileage and daily fee for redelivery or other option is Pay $1500 per day until load is off truck. No dropping trailers allowed.

Well it seems like a good start with earning more money for driving America goods. I'll contact them today. Thanks for sharing. Is the difference between leasing onto a company and running everything yourself a matter of when you get paid, and how much the cost for insurance? Do they have their own load board?

Look, I'm not trying to discourage any one here who is thinking to lease their truck or work under some one's authority. I'm an O/O 100% independent. I run about 7,000 monthly, give or take a couple thousands, which averages about 18,000 - 20,000 monthly gross. My question to you guys is: why you want to give your money to someone else (10%,20% or 30%) for doing what ?
remember , your MC is everything. if you work under someone's authority, your company doesn't exist and you are making someone else stronger and powerful. We the o/o should have the power to dictate the this market. respectfully, wake up guys. You can do it!!majoristic, davistev, Jarhed1964 and 9 others Thank this.
