I pull a van and I don't think I'm worthless and lazy. That hurt my little feelings.. lol.
I put this 53 and road tractor in places it's not meant to be doing lots of LTL furniture drops (fingerprinting) in strip malls.. office buildings.. storage facilities.. alleys, etc.
It's definitely not a drop and hook, or DC to DC operation.
One van driver doesnt equal all the others.

    shogun and 06driver Thank this.

What if I’m a Walmart van driver now and I USED to be a super awesome heavy hauler?

Like blades and tower sections and other big stuff? How about 210’ Long, 253,000# And 14 axles, and self steer the rear for the 441 Neenah Menasha bridge project?

Can I be in the cool club then? LMAO

The time investment in Heavy Haul just wasn’t for me anymore. One year I made it home for major holidays, and had $6000 in plane tickets leaving the truck on wind farms and flying home and back.

5 days is enough now. And what pays the bills.

The likes of the seat warmers at C.R. England are making $1700 a week? Somehow I think not...

They very well could be, but they also have a $900/week truck payment plus other expenses.

But hey they can at least say they own their own truck..... Well not really ;-)

I laughed heartily when the CRE Lease operators started putting stickers on their trucks that said “Independent and Proud”.

Because I’ve done a lease program...
