I noticed yesturday, that there is a class action lawsuit in California, stating that WM drivers are being paid LESS than minimum wage. This concerns all the required and expected unpaid little jobs that have always been expected by their drivers. I hope it goes nationally, they owe a lot of us a lot of $$$
-
Uhm no. The lawsuit is saying they are not paid minimum wage when on break.
-
Could be? But that's not what I read in the article I saw.
-
-
WTF?
-
Wow. Only in nut job Cali does a jury award that. That will see an appeal. If it was me the new Cali pay package would be minimum wage for every minute in the truck. Should be about 50k a year. But hey your paid the minimum.
