The thing about the Landstar load board is , when freight gets abundant the rates skyrocket fast , shippers know that’s the only way the freight moves .
Rates are great right now , don’t go taking on big payments yet , I’m worried they can drop just as fast .
Let’s just bank some big checks and hope the rates hold , take it for what it’s worth

It sounds like you can still make a good profit doing Dry Van there even at 65% (using Landstar TRL) . The application approval process takes longer than a lot of other joints, but maybe it will be worth it, eh.

HAHAHA Yeah those old fools bring me down, they complain, that's why I don't eat at the country pride or iron skillet. And also the food sucks.

So what I've learned this week is don't book loads within 4 hours of each other or make sure that there is a huge pick up window on your next load. So far every place that I've loaded or unloaded from has taken more than 3 hours
