Frankly what it seems like is my boss is well aware if what I'm doing and if I were dangerous he wouldn't have me keep driving. I'm licenced and I don't need a CDL mill like USA for me to drive a manual truck whether I know how to or not. This isn't USA -
I don't think I've rattled a gear yet. My boss has though when I couldn't get it in....he just slammed it in

I'm going get downshifting downpat tomorrow like you described. Yeah I noticed uphill u have to really rev it up and shift gear to gear pretty fast
Why is I feel the box or dump truck is bigger
But flatbed is smooth sailing. I like it better even though it is longer.

Yeah he mentioned some guys he's thrown out of truck before ...mainly because they were dangerously driving....like rolling backwards. Or just did not get the concepts. I stall sometimes at intersection because I get anxious that I'm first to go ...but that isn't a big deal...I think most ppl stall there Dump truck driver was laughing at me the other day -
