That subaruu is in for a rude surprise when they try to say the trucker was at fault for their bad driving.

Yea the the car was stupid but the trucker wasn't much better. Why the hell not just get away from the guy, looks like he made no attempt to make the situation any better he just kept his foot into it and hit him.

The subaru probably got into the drivers blind spot. It was only when the driver saw the subaru in his mirror wrecking that he felt the need to pull over.

Looks to me like they are going down a mountain grade. Maybe the drivers trying not to constantly be on the brakes? I don't see anything faulting the truck driver. Typical idiot 4 wheeler.

That was a nice tap and a nice PIT well done with a touch of power applied to the big truck.

With that said, I expect the trucker to lose his job and the 4 wheeler to face charges.

I just get the feeling this trucker is one of those who drives aggressively, moves left to pass then forgets to move back right, etc. (just a feeling and opinion). The Subaru driver was a moron, though, and got what was coming to him.

mtoo, skellr, allniter and 1 other person Thank this.

If you watch the video from the beginning you will see the truck move left to pass a slower minivan. Before he can complete his pass, the minivan moves left to give the Subaru room to merge onto the highway. The truck is now behind the slower minivan which remains in the left lane as they are now approaching an even slower red car. Thirty seconds elapses from when the red car being passed is even with the front of the truck to when the Subaru is in the same position. Thirty seconds.

The Subaru was a self-entitled, impatient a-hole, but the truck driver could have probably done more to avoid contact.

However, "I thought they were trying to run me off the road and hijack me and I was in fear for my life" will work wonders. :D
