Shouldnt. Non-moving violations dont have points attached.

I got an overweight in Indiana a few years back. Nothing ever said by anyone. Never stopped me from getting jobs.

Lucky you didn't drag it through a ditch or over a pole if you were so tired...

I'm gonna bet he didn't have to..... isn't hard to notice when the tandems are brushing the dust off the inside of the ICC bumper.

Kinda like what @Powder Joints had to say.

Looks like Georgia is 41' from kingpin to the center of the trailer tandem, IE right between the tires/axles.

SB 272 - Vehicle Length Limitations - change provisions

Edit: Hmm, does that mean 45' and 48' split axles with the rear axle all the way at the back are illegal in GA?

    6wheeler Thanks this.

Hope op doesnt have to cross anymore kinpin states. And if he does. Better get a scale ticket. And hope he's not over axle weight.

Op might want to write down kingpin states on a list. So he knows next time.

Chalk it up as a lesson. Always have axles set and Always get weighed. It's not fun donating Benjamins.

    Where's the load going????

Chaining tickets don’t count, either: I know: $650 in Colorado 2 years ago! Ugh
