We have 6 Mack CHU613's and for the last 2 months 3-4 have been in shops at any given time. Used 3 different Mack dealers. Nice people at each one, but the trucks come back with more problems than they went in with. Been a tough winter. Can't find a decent shop.

I know what you mean about a tough winter. Every time I call the Mack road service hotline the auto-chick says "due to the extreme weather, we are experiencing a higher volume of calls, please be patient, we will answer your call as soon as possible"

    #### CVS anyway!!!!!!! They have a person in-store that takes passport pictures...and because they screwed up my pic, I still don't have my passport. Had I gotten it, I would be rolling right now, instead of sitting. Domestic shipments of glass have hit the seasonal bottom (along with some help from crappy weather). Had I gotten my passport, I would be on my way to a Canadian customer, adding 1500 miles (at .65/mile). Instead, I am sitting in Church Hill until Sunday. I knew this slowdown was coming, and dreaded it...thankfully it's tax time and I am headed home, so my refund savings account/loan to the government is gonna make up for the slowdown...can't wait until March when things start picking up...and there is a lesser chance of snow/ice/cold.

bubba... you might want to proof read your post before you hit the post button. "Fought"? Did you mean "fault"? Or did your 3rd grade education fail you?

I got a ####ing letter from the state department asking to provide a larger picture, the lady at the extension office (who's job it is to verify that the info I am providing initially is acceptable) said everything looked to be in order...having never applied for a passport, I had to rely on the knowledge and experience of others, it isn't the slow government...it was the person(or persons) who swore they knew what they were doing, but instead, ####ing up their job...and how am I suppose to prepare in advance for something I have never done before??????????

I have one grumpy post, and not about the company I work for(and who I still like working for), and suddenly I am back to my #####in self???? Please, I wish I lived in your shoes, in your wonderfully perfect world...
