    I'm helping my company with researching a variety of roadside assistance programs for our large fleet. So far I've identified:
    • Roadsquad Connect
    • FleetNet
    • MasterFleet
    • RoadsideMasters
    • Encore
    Can anyone share their experience with any of the above companies? Which should we go with?

    I like Michelin as well. I’m not a fan of Fleetnet. They consistently provided poor service that included do the opposite of what was needed and often sending unqualified, bottom feeder techs.

    Roadsquad connect is my favorite. Part of my weekly route contains a 400 mile stretch with no TA/Petro locations, I-29 between Council Bluffs and Fargo. Broken down a few times on that road and Roadsquad has a reliable network of 3rd party service providers that have always got me running again.

    I've used Fleetnet in the past and have no real complaints about them.
