Hazmat renewal

Did they give you 90 days to submit the TSA ?

 

Here in Cal, you can tie the renewals together, my hazmat is due, but my TWIC is good for 2 more years, 65 bucks online and today I received the letter to take to DMV from the TWIC people.
So now there going to be tied together, I will have renew something in 2 years. not sure exactly how it works out, but I dont have to wait for the background check, at least this time. I believe it will be a single 65 dollar renewal in 2 years for both.

 

or renew hazmat, a year before the hazmat has to be renewed you have to renew your license,

so you have to pay for a new license then pay again to get the hazmat renewed,

just more money for the DMV IMO,

or is there a way to get your license made to where it can be renewed with the hazmat at the same time?
