I have a bad mvr and can't find other employment in trucking

I was surprised too. So far everyone except for prime gave me a pre hire. Of all the companies I really didn't think swift would give me a chance. They asked for 10 years of driving history but I came I saw I conquered. It wasn't a bad course although I felt it could have been better. It is really basic as far as the range portion of the class just backing skills all of which I was doing on the first day except for the 90 alley dock which took a couple days about an hour a day before I realized I was thinking about it all wrong then it became a simple exercise I could do almost every time in one motion the rest of the time it required one pull up. The class size was ridiculous 2 instructors 53 students so it was a sink or swim class of which only 36 swam. It has been a good experience overall it familiarized me with the tractors and how the trailer responds to steering input. I have to say it was massively different from the 22' steel deck car hauler trailer I usually pull behind my pickup truck.

So this is a final update to this thread. As of today I am officially a swift employee I finished orientation, got my driver code and was assigned a mentor. I am tentatively leaving to go OTR Saturday. Once again thanks everyone for the support. I might if I get bored and have time create a thread over on the swift forum to track my progress.
