Chicago cdl going to be valid in Texas?

I know, got a long way to go. 29 states now have legal weed, but the Packers will win another Super Bowl ( just kidding, GO PACK) before it's ok for a truck driver, and that's just as well.

 

As with all medicine, cannabis can work for some but not all. If you notice in Colorado there is many wrecks on the roads in dry weather...then it snows..uh mayhem evolves...that is from inhaling all that second hand pot smoke, not a living thing is free from that, the deer and elk wander around lost, stand in the middle of the road, have a goofy grin. Just because it is legal does not make it right. It is only about money not our health plus all that organic pot is gone now, it is all modified.

 

And the broncos will have another winning season...right...they offed themselves by disrespecting our nation, them playboys that can not honor a country that gave them the chance they have have blown it.

 

At this point in time marijuana is considered an illegal substance by the Federal government. The FMCSA expressly prohibits having even traces of it in your body on or off duty. Right now there are no acceptable tests to measure levels like there is for alcohol. Until such a time that all of this changes the use of marijuana by drivers who hold CDLs is prohibited even in states that have removed state criminal statutes against it.

It is a misnomer to say it is (legal) in places like Colorado. It is not illegal per state law no longer. This is like the statement made in error about prostitution being (legal) in Nevada. It is NOT!. Several counties in Nevada have local laws prohibiting it. I believe it is not legal in Vegas. The problem here is the Feds/DEA have decided to not enforce the federal laws.

 

You are right, I'm not saying it should ever be ok for a truck driver to do weed, however, if you feel like crap, you'll try anything for relief, and I'm all for it. ( relief, that is) And that's a good point, should I be rooting for the Bronco's now?

Here is what I see. The Nation is or systematically eliminating or criminalizing anything that comes from the earth for us to use as medicine.

Be it far from me to be hugging trees and run around as a nature boy. But the more I see the people consumed in the cold dead world of medicine the more I push back against that and lean towards what is already there in nature.

I am a little slow on the switch sometimes but when I learn about something I also learn that my state has diligently make things illegal that is a alternative to medicine issued by the FDA etc.
