When & if...... that's where the true nightmare is going to begin for all parties invovled, in a practically incalculable way.

Going to be breaking completely new ground when this happens.....

 

Just like our old stupid 34hr restart that required 2 consecutive days of being down between 0100-0500 to be valid for a full 34hr. Thank goodness they made that temporary stay a permanant thing. Remember, it was initially only stayed for a year for review. Thankfully, they made it permanent.


Yeah...... made a lot of sense. Have a bunch of 40 ton vehicle drivers just sitting & waiting, chomping at the bit till that 0500 came up.

Then, legally release them all, EVERYWHERE, just in time for morning rush hour in every major city across the nation. Since it was "mandated", you had the Fed's "assurance" that everyone was so well rested just before that 0500, everything was Hunky Dory. Because it was mandated.....! LOL Good lord, I'd laugh if'n the stuff they came up with wasn't so dangerous.

All in the guise of safety, folks. All in the name of saving lives. Go figure.....

This was desk legislation at it's best!

 

Revenue generation at is finest should be the new definition of the E log mandate and HOS.

when you hear a driver who defends elogs use the words "outlaw trucker" you kno hes been brainwashed. at least thats how i seperate the nitwits lol

 

There's a Senator out there trying to put together a bill that would put Elogs in our personal vehicle so they can track our personal time. Think about that one for a minute..

 

be good for a company driver who wants to stay home, sorry but i drove too much today in my car, need another day off lol

 

Then come the cheaters who partied all night and took a cab to their truck. Next comes tracking chip implants with sleep cycle monitors.
