    By the way, I think the per diem is going away next year (well, th 2018 tax year) as part of the new tax law so y'all better get it while you can!

    I dont bother with the per deim, I do claim the M&I for every day I clock in even tho I get home every day. It perfectly legal, just read the IRS publication and follow the rules.
