50k bonus

Schneider pays out their bonuses over the first year. They are offer a 30k split to teams.

 

To bad they don't allow small dogs.

 

Right, but they don't take 5 years to pay out. Sorry about the no dog policy.

 

Why wouldn’t you offer a 50k bonus. That’s pocket change to what the truck makes yearly to the owner. My old boss at FedEx said if he had 4 teams running 1 million or 1/2 a million a year gross can’t remember the actual amount he said. That was 7 years ago.

 

My employer offered headhunters bonus, the fine print as far collecting compensation "payment at company's discretion" which to me reads "not freakin' likely!"

 

The best paying jobs I ever had ,never paid any type
of hire on bonus. Funny how that works.

What there saying is, we know we suck, so we

Offering a hiring bonus is like hanging a help wanted shingle on every trailer. Its screams "We suck"

 

A sign on bonus means they cannot get drivers ( something's wrong in trucker paradise)

 

Additionally , you must be left handed. Born on a Tuesday. February 29. In an even numbered year. You cannot be taller tha 5'9" nor shorter.than 5'8.5". Additional restrictions apppy.
