They "never' pay? How long does one have to work at said establishment, before one find's out that said establishment doesn't pay? And is that anything like the old saying "crime doesn't pay?" That probably would be a crime, hiring someone, and not paying them. Not a major crime, I'm thinking, but perhaps it would be, if it were me that wasn't getting paid. That would be a major crime, hiring me, and not paying me, I don't care who ya are.
Maybe the bunco squad at the local police Department would be interested in hearing of this.
