I ain't talking about what somebody else told me, I was at the vandalia terminal a couple hrs ago and I have never seen so many ppl cleaning out their trucks. FIRED!!! The dumpster was full and stuff siting all around it (you could get some good deals from some people selling their stuff also) but all in all it was a sad sight to see. Apparently they were routing ppl to vandalia not knowing once they got there it was all but over. Atleast they were buying them bus tickets home. Now what I did HEAR is that the cuts were not just drivers and I know that atleast some of that is true because I know personally of 2 fleet mgrs that got fired yesterday one of them was MINE! That sucks! Anyhow somebody said that 300 ppl got cut 2day and somebody else said 450 idk but like I said I personally seen I don't know how many clearing out there trks 2nite and from the looks of the dumpster several more had done been there. I told some of the ones I was tlkng 2 I was getting the crap out of there to buch bad mojo for me.

Its a shame USA can't handle this in a better way then to route everyone to a certain yard and practically throw them to the curb. This is a drawback that really burns me about the trucking industry.

so glad I left when I did, on my terms not theirs!

5 empty their trucks at the Spartenburg Terminal Tuesday. Some other driver talked to one and said they were fired cause of Logs violations. Who knows.

The day before yesterday I was deadheaded from the Dallas yard to Shreveport and after my truck was disabled was told I was being terminated for the accidents that I had in April. I was given a bus ticket to Chicago, and was told that whatever I couldn't take then would be shipped to my house via UPS.
