    I saw the update was posted for the DC200 and DC200S Devices.

    Mark,
    Does this update also include the ELD-50 device?

    First off I would like to say we tried the my20 it never worked. The Rand McNally works part of the time, when you have to call them you are on hold 20 to 45 minutes. I called to discuss an ongoing issue, and got the rudest customer service representative I have ever spoke with in all my 49 years

    We have had this issue since December I was on hold for my husband for 45 minutes to get the rudest customer service rep I have ever spoke with. And you can never get a supervisor. Their customer service is is worse than there Eld.

    That is were me and my husband are at, with them and when you call before you can state the reason for the call the rep that answers is rude. They want you to pay but not help you

    did call and was talked to like #### before I could even tell why I called. I have called twice to speak with a supervisor about the rude employee. I have not received a call back it's been 6 days and no call back. If I could fix the drive time myself I would I don't like sitting on hold for 30 to 45 minutes every time I call. I am not being rude to you, you need to see our frustration we pay for a service, have a problem, call customer service, and get talked to like ####. We are the consumer, we pay for the service not charged for it. Something is a miss with that kind of customer service. We all work very long difficult too, and was forced to even have to deal with this. I will not shut up till I get a call back, if I have to buy a burner phone and call one after and I will inform them I am recording the call.
