I personally wouldn't bother with a company that uses DAC. Why bother with a company that only lists negative and no positive? You could be the perfect driver for years and one negative thing happens and it's ok for someone with an axe to grind to mark a nearly perfect record. Find a company that knows that and get moving! There needs to be an alternative to that crud! I have been on and off the road since '88 and wanted to check my DAC because of something I read on here in another thread. I contacted them, got a copy of it and after all those years there is hardly any information on it. How can that be? Find a small carrier with decent equipment and pay and hang on to it for as long as you can.
Coover Thanks this. -
Ok well I guess that's my only option I will look for smaller companies, hopefully I will find something.

Do I have to talk to a sap or can I just go get a local job?
-
Depends on:
If they use DAC or not and how you choose to answer questions. -
You say this as it’s a bad thing. Smaller company’s are the way to go! Megas are a useless joke man.
Go find a smaller outfit that runs regional, you’ll be home everyweekend off holidays, and make a crap ton more money. 50k+ is a lot better than the 30k you might make at a Megajammer910Z and BigBob410 Thank this. -
Also if you go the SAP route a few second chance companies will hire you but you probably would not like it there.
BigBob410 Thanks this. -
It's definitely not always a bad thing. Read thru the threads on here about how some of these companies treat their people and you'll see why walking out to help your family was a good thing.
jammer910Z Thanks this. -
Thanks y'all I'm just disappointed at how these companies treat anybody, I expected a certain degree of professionalism coming from the military and the fact that I feel as if I'm being treated like some druggie, I'll admit when I first got out of the military yeah I messed around with some mj, but I haven't touched anything since and have always been clean. Hell I got treated better in the military then I did there and in the service you get treated like #### especially when you're a grunt. Thanks y'all I'm going to look for some small carriers if anyone can point me in the right direction since most smaller carriers tend to stay off the grid and don't do much advertising. Thank you

I was under the impression that the state will be notified about this refusal and the CDL is suspended pending the SAP program completion.
I seem to have an issue with the intake person telling you it is hot, it only matter if it is cold and that only indicates possible cheating. NOT hot.
The sample can't be heated beyond body temps like in a microwave or something like that, no matter what the range of collection I think is up to 103 degrees.
