Last year, I prevailed in a claim for unpaid wages with a former employer and was awarded a judgment by the county labor commissioners office.
Problem is, that judgment is still unpaid. I have contacted a judgment enforcement attorney to take over collection.
Adding to the problem is the fact that this employer has several different DOT authorities, one of which was ordered out of service for a failure to pay a fine(I think, but do not know what the actual violation was). I am highly confident that they simply transferred trucks into one of their other authorities and continued to operate as normal.
Does anyone know how to compile a list of DOT authorities that share a common address and/or individual party? Further, is there a way to get information from DMV (regardless of state) about trucks and trailers registered by the same parties or under the same DOT authorities?
My attorney is working with the county sheriff's office to seize and auction the equipment (I don't want it unless it is 2017 or newer and passes a DOT inspection as if it was new)....

Funny story, they bought a truck and trailer from the school I went to and THEY wouldn't repair it even to use for skills practice because it was not worth the cost of repairs to get it running, let alone to pass an inspection. ..HalpinUout Thanks this. -

The lawyer you are paying should know the answers to what you are asking.
