Yes they do, but that does not assure you head of the line status. Warranty work is put behind non warranty work. Wait times can be a week or more before they even think of getting to you.

I talked to my local dealer about having them put their computer on my truck, said four weeks out! I said I’ll see you in the Spring.

This is why you buy a freightliner, because you don't get stuck going to dealerships for repairs. You can take it to any authorized repair shop.

The last three out of four times my local Freightliner dealer got my truck in on the same day. Once in twenty minutes. Yesterday, in an hour. One time it was the next morning, but I brought it in at 3:30 pm.

    TA Truckstop...

You could not give me one of these new EPA trucks. I own one, and have stacks of parts and repair receipts to prove it. Most of the issues are emission related. I would not trust a network shop or a dealer to fix these issues. First thing they always want to do, yes, even under warranty is to replace the turbo. That is easier than removing the SCR box or cans to clean. And they get to see you again when you leave with the same issue you came in with. It is quite the racket they have going.

And then we have the shops that SAY they did this and that, bill it out, when in reality they have done nothing. That seems to be becoming rather popular nowadays, especially when a new head is required.

My new freightliner a 18 model cascadia mid roof with dd15 dt 12 has never worked right. It has been in the shop since dec 4th. I am a company driver or I would be in trouble.

Exactly why I own older equipment that is either paid for or nearly paid for. It may not always be as quiet or fuel efficient, but they save me a ton of money on interest!
