But if you do not want to be out for @ least four week's@ a time are you are not in to teams then do not drive for him and if you have any kind of problem you are instantly going to be fired and I mean any thing you will not have anything that they want to listen to and you may as well be talking to the wall but they do pay you good when you run for them but if something happens and I mean anything If driving for them I would hide it as long as I could make all the money you can then get ready to get another job but drive as long as you can for them the money is there and you will go east then west in that order I made good money quickly driving for them and if Emilo likes you he will pay for all your travel expenses food and other things he paid for my team partners room @ the Holiday inn and for his escort man she was smokin lucky #######

 

You are obviously speaking of the wrong company. First we dont do payroll in house, our payroll goes thru BBSI a publicly traded company and only go by the book. Detention pay is case by case and if you are late for an appointment there is nothing we can do but wait to get loaded. But our freight is out and back so you must be speaking about another company. also we do pay layover $100 per driver for 24 hour period. We never lay over for days. we have direct customers not brokers. we have every driver pre-planned most of the time before you even leave out. Plain and simple, you want a good job and make a good living then you need to work for it, this is not a lazy mans company. we run hard and we pay on time every friday direct deposit. In the state of California you must do things correctly or there are many agencies that will fine you. The recruiter here is amazing. he drops everything to help out anybody. if being a bodubuilder and dressing in sweats every day, taking the drivers to lunch, picking them up from the airport/bus giving rides home and so many more things is unprofessional then i guess he is guilty of being unprofessional. its a team effort here in the office and out on the road. maybe you are just not a team player and did not fit here.....

When your truck broke down the rental truck and yourself didn't put DOT NUMBER on truck well now I have a violation on my report.
