Are you to busy to keep track of your pay checks ?

Do / did you work directly for CGL as a company driver? ... or for an owner op? I have never had them delay a settlement as an owner op, but I know of a few multiple truck owner ops that employ guys 1099 (if your employer is being shady with taxes, expect them to be shady when it comes to compensating you). I've only had one payment issue in 2 years and it was resolved quickly. My experience hauling ISO tanks has been, answer phone, get planned out (for an entire month, unless loads cancel or they are in a bind), turn in paperwork, get paid.

Only negative thing CGL does that I know about, if you piss off the load planners (dispatcher with a fancier job title) ... they will let you sit and starve as punishment. I have never experienced this, but have seen it done to others. Can't say that they weren't deserving of a little reality check though. Maybe the same is true on the company driver side.

If you are indeed having trouble getting monies owed to you. A call to the labor board would probably be my first choice vs paying for a lawyer.
