I'm loving my new gig on Texas regional, but the hardest thing for me to change has been the mindset of miles, miles, miles. But, I'm slowly getting out of the mindset. Another week or two should take of that

Probably. Some small kinks are still being worked out. I ran 2600 miles last week, but that was because I ran up to Elk City, OK to Houston twice, and had a normal run Ft. Worth to Houston.

The long term plan is to get it setup where I'm running primarily Ft. Worth to Houston loaded and empty back to Ft. Worth.

We are running different races. Your revenue mandates miles, mine is dictated by rate. I am doing a lot more expedited just in time stuff. A lot more sitting but pays for the effort.

I can speak only for the TK I used to have. Yes it had clips for the top lid and a filter running length wise on the back side. If you dont have any, you can pull it out and vaccuum it to hold you over until you can get a decent or do it yourself replacement. Remember to put it back with the same direction of air flow so it doesnt pull the dust and dirt left over into the ac.

Yes there is an air filter for the carrier Apu. If you look at the box under your bunk you should be seeing the filter media.
