I saw a flat going down the highway with the rear axle lifted. Thought that was a good idea for turning radius and was wondering if he had both axles setup to lift depending on the situation

Id like a lift in the front axle but mercer said no. Not even a bolt on.

If you got a spare switch on your dash and the light comes on if you hit it power is there all you have to do is run a wire

It should just be a hot wire to the switch if its not already powered, wire to plug at back and a ground i would think. But the estimates from 2 places made me think the darn thing is more complicated than they used to be.

i got between the frame and 5th wheel. Very small rub spot but its bad Its not the wire i thought it was but i took a wire brush cleaned up the rubbed area a little and put some dyeeletric in it and taped it up good. Light it off. Its the wire that connects to the Rear ABS so looks like that wire will need replacing gonna get a price.

I have done it on a Saturday took maybe a few hours using an existing switch on the dash and connecting the tractor to the trailer with an additional pig tail. But I must say beer was involved. I think Mr. Pete did his.

    Rickp and HalpinUout Thank this.

If a gas cap should have a gasket and it's broken. Could that cause vapor locking?
