Really, it's pretty consistent since I been here, but in that event just call and ask.
-
Is it venting? Will it run with cap off?
-
Hmmm, I put one on mine long ago

Mine is a year old. It's not in there. Luckily I was talking to Mpact one day & they mentioned it to me or I would've have known.thaistick, HalpinUout and spyder7723 Thank this.

An hour max. If you are getting the trailer from mercer, it has a dump valve, just got to wire a toggle in your dash and run it to the trailer.Rickp Thanks this.

If you get to the point you know you would not return the trailer, then just do it. It has absolutely zero structural change to the trailer, so no reason for them to say no. That would be like them saying no, you can't wire in the dump valve that's already installed on the trailer. Or you can't change out the cheap tail lights for good looking ones.
I think the problem is the guy in charge of trailers has basically zero knowledge in mechanical things. He is convinced it involves altering the frame.Last edited: Mar 10, 2018
Rickp Thanks this. -
Dude you got a shut off valve at the airbags and hold the axle of the ground with a 2 inch strap. That is not a lift axle.Highway Sailor and Allan M Thank this.
-
Hendrickson refuses to sell you an underbody lift for the rear axle, and great Dane says it will immediately void the warranty on the frame rails if you put one in the back. They say it creates to much flex going down the road with 10 feet hanging in the backLast edited: Mar 10, 2018
MACK E-6 Thanks this. -
