How much is the full cost of Millis's CDL school?

...of Millis's CDL-A school? I see the upfront cost, which is great. I just would like to know the full cost, and how it is paid off:
1) If they hire you, or
2) If they don't
If 2), do they insist on immediate cash payback? Do they allow financing? How does it all work?

As I understand it, the first three weeks are $3000, payable via a $100 deposit over the phone to hold your place, then $400 cash down once you start the class. The other $2500 can either be payroll deducted at a rate of $20 per paycheck once you're driving for them or financed/paid off right there and then, I'm guessing, if you have the cash, if you choose not to drive for them.
The second part of the training, the 15,000 miles with a trainer, is an additional $2500 and that is also paid off via payroll deduction, HOWEVER, again as I understand it, if a driver gets to a certain point driving with Millis--8 months or a year, I was scribbling really fast and didn't get this part down, sorry-- without any major incidents, moving violations etc., this debt will be forgiven.

I probably screwed some of this up, so if someone wants to jump in and correct me here, please do.
