    You won't but the guys there are familiar with that programming you have installed. It is the same crap programming these sham outfits use on the Cummins.

    This kit you bought? Did it involve any programing or was it just a bunch of plates and tubing?
    I am assuming there was a programming module or something? Or am I assuming wrong?

    Comes with a module and harness adaptor. Plugs in between ACM and ECM.

    Yep, that is what I was thinking. I know on our Cummins there are several files needed to do this stuff properly, odds are they simply turned a few parameters off to trick the motor, there was no fueling or turbo table adjustments, that is evident from your fuel economy and turbo acting up. Is she smoking? I bet you are just dumping fuel into the motor.

    The other issue is with the DPF having holes drilled in it. All of that heat is being trapped up at your turbo. You are cooking it and the motor.

    Not smoking. Getting 8mpg. Was getting 8.7mpg before delete. But that was before winter hit.

    They have an emulator that tells the motor exactly what it wants to see on the aftertreatment side. Gives proper nox parameters and dpf delta p readings. Also tells def tank is full when it is empty. Their system emulates exhaust temps too. I see an emulated temp of 800 degrees when it is rolling.

    Good to hear, some of these programs do some wild things, heavy fuel consumption is one prior to boat anchoring the motor. I would still call the two numbers I gave you. And if it were me, and I am sure others will chime in and tell me I am full of it, return the motor to stock until you know what is actually going on with the motor.

    I know my Cummins, and from what you are describing things are not right.
