CDL A Holder with no Experience

I found a small company in Michigan that hauls milk that would hire me with no experience.Real nice bunch of people and super nice western star gliders.

No one else otr would hire me without throwing me in with a trainer for 6 weeks.

This company took me for a 2 hour road test hauling a fully loaded tank than directed me through some of the worst traffic and tight turns and steep hills with stop lights they could find.

I told them my shifting was god awful but they didn't care about that they wanted to see how I would handle the truck.

1st loaded trailer I had ever pulled and it was a sloshing 40 thousand of milk.
