You need to hollow out only DPF. The DOC needs to be drilled but not hollow out completely. You need backpressure so the turbo could function properly. If you hollow out DOC you'll make huge mistake. I think that EGR is the issue here. You might want to delete that too. If you want to return to stock let me know - i can let you borrow DPF and DOC for few weeks so you can look into it further.

This is not a dpf issue its egr or turbo problem otr are solid firm i use their stuff for years on two different trucks never had a problem and dpf filter dont need to be hollow out my pyro never went high and i have fully open power on d13

But....... my grandfather motor didn't have VGTA of EGR also there is not any exhaust gas recirculation or turbo bypass valve which all are connected with a normal operation of the ATS.
@Justrucking2 can make his own decision on that but you are wrong on doing DOC and DPF completely hollowed out. -

Oh, I have photos... LOL! She is looking pretty good, much better job than a shop would have done. -
Well. I did have a 5394 code originally. That is what prompted me to get the system deleted. I have a sweet gig I am not gonna lose cuz of this crap. I work 4 days a week, 6.5 hrs a day, home 5 days a week and take home over $2k a week. Now as for OTR...I like them. They have been working hard trying to resolve this. The 5394 code diaged at volvo. They said it was EGR cooler. So I order scr delete and egr delete. Installed both. Egr delete didnt take well on my rig for some reason the turbo kept bouncing. Otr tried all kinds of tweaks. Turbo fluctuations kept happening. So i restored egr system and replaced the cooler.
