Just because someone is driving a newer vehicle doesn't mean they aren't putting money away into savungs/retirement..When you're making $100k+ you can indeed do multiple things with your money.

I've driven enough unreliable/uncomfortable s***boxes in my life, I worked my way to a point where I don' have to put up with that anymore, so I wont.

I never said they weren't. All I said is I drive an old car as my back and forth to work car. and seeing me drive the car I drive, you wouldn't guess I make the money I do. Somebody said a terminal with all the nice cars are is where they're making the most. but me along with a bunch of other drivers drive older cars as our work cars.
I have another car at home that I drive for fun.

I'm just like you man. I have a decent P&D job and could afford a new vehicle but I prefer to tote around in my 2005 Neon. I'm not into spending money on depreciating assets.

I caved in and bought a Newer 16 Mustang. I don’t drive it to work though. I drive a 2001 rusty Pathfinder. Also have a paid off 2011 Harley in the garage I bought with 0 miles.

Nice. I had a 2015 that I bought brand new. First customer ordered one on the lot for the new style. had it paid off in about a year and a half then totaled in just shy of 3 years when a semi hit me. Loved that car.

Man that sucks! My buddy ordered one when it first came out. It’s pretty slick now. Mine is getting there. I love it.

I love Mustangs. Mustang drivers, well, I'm not so sure. They do generate some amusing YouTube content though, so they've got that going for them.
