Sweet express?

I am thinking about leaving my current company and have been approved for hire by Sweet Express ...

Can any current drivers tell me about:

Pay and benefits
How the company treats you as a driver
How many miles you run on a weekly average
Equipment (age, how often replaced , how well maintained)......

Anything else you think you would have liked to know before agreeing....

 

I looked but was looking for information that was more current and from guys that are there now....

They are offering a starting rate of .41/mile with a 3000 mile average week.... performance and safety reviews regularly starting at 90 days for the first year....

 

The most recent experience I saw posted was almost a year ago, I was looking for something more recent....

 

I decided to give them a try, and left after nearly completing orientation. I had trouble on the test drive using a stick when my last 3 carriers had nothing but automatics in their company fleets, so I was rusty on shifting; even though everything else was uneventful and safe; so they put me with a local guy for a short run.... but they chose to work with another applicant who popped positive on a drug screen and admitted to using methamphetamine beforehand..... WTF does that? SMDH...
