Waddle only changed his logs because he ran out of hours 10 minutes from home and didn’t want to take his 10 hour break at a truckstop.

In light of his record, it's more likely that Waddle changed his logs because he ran out of hours 10 minutes from THE NEXT BAR and didn’t want to take his 10 hour break at a truckstop.tucker Thanks this. -
tucker aint concerned about the drunk charges.....its the logs that did it. he should be a safety director at the fmcsa.
from the article...
"Weddle has 48 prior convictions of motor vehicle crimes, including 12 operating under the influence convictions in four different states. At the time of the crash, Weddle’s license was suspended in Louisiana and revoked in Virginia"
and apparently his good buddy was “genuinely mystified” that waddle was able to get a license in TN.
but its the altered logs that are the real "safety" issue here.Timin770, Moving Forward and tucker Thank this. -
