Cat sdp Thanks this. -
Sounds like his truck is either governed at 50 or the jakes are on...physics say gravity dictates how fast you can go downhill otherwise!

Well I guess at least it's not something I'm doing wrong. Thank you all for the replys hopefully no one hits me when going so slow lol. -

Look in the mirror. If you see lots of road you are going up. If only 50 yards or so of road your are going down

you're complaining about 50MPH?
sometimes my truck wont go but 35MPH up a hill.
if you have a jake brake or exhaust brake, the truck is doing the braking for you,
sometimes I wish my truck wouldn't do 35MPH downhill.
why do you want to go so fast?
if you came flying past me in a concrete mixer going faster than the speed limit, I'd want to slap the shi*t out of you. I wouldn't but dam*n really?
the worse place to loose you brakes would be going downhill, and with a load, even more dangerous.
and I've never been passed on the road by a concrete mixer in anything that I was driving if that tells you anything, up hill down hill straight stretch stop light, nowhere, if that tells you anything, they aren't built for speed, just hauling a load,
you act like its suppose to preform like a Ferrari 488 Pista or something...…
I'd say if your truck doesnt have a jake/exhaust brake,
then the truck is governed like mentioned before or has a sensor on it, that keeps it from going over a certain MPH on certain roads.
