Return correction letter, I need tips.

    My last Weight Station inspection resulted in false LogBook ticket. I need an advice to return a correction letter to ensure compliance with the Motor Carrier Safety.

    Violation List:
    Failure to Obey traffic control device;
    Drivers record of duty status not current;
    Driver failing to maintain ELD instruction sheet;
    Failing to note malfunction that requeres use of paper logs.

    As a helpful pointer, might wanna not make the driver switch to paper logs to make the delivery. It's companies like yours are the reason we got ELD's in the first place....
