if you would please, inform me on what you have, in the way of a lease.

for instance, do you own your truck, and lease it to a carrier?

or do you lease the truck from the carrier, in the likes of Prime, etc?

if you own your truck outright, does your leasor specify that they can cut you loose for infractions?

    are you on their insurance..???

if so, then maybe i can see you being cutting back.

i really do not know (or did not know) you were an o/o..

    thanks in advance.

Lmao. That was me until i put the tall stacks on my truck and started really cleaning her up.

I have a short nose 379 with a 36” bunk. When the shorty stacks were on it, it screamed company ride. Of course i try to keep it between 62-65 for the fuel miles, the nitwhits never seemed to realize they were screwing with a truck that could run.

The funiest was a Classic Freight Shaker, lol. On 95 North in SC. He come on the c.b. “Not tonight Flowers”. And he sped up on me. I matched him, keyed up & asked him “what’s not tonight?” After we broke 90 he told me if i wanted it that bad i could G.D. Have it. Lmao. He backed off, i got a gap on him and went back to the cruise.

I've never once had to run more than 70mph to make an appointment on time.

I won't destroy my truck or fuel money for a broker either. I don't understand why someone would bend over backwards and take it for absolutely no reason at all.

I can't wait until all trucks are governed at 70mph. Rates would go up a little bit from it.
